Recently JSA has completed a social impact assessment for a multi dwelling housing development consisting of 27 semi-detached villas in Muswellbrook. Housing in the immediate and wider locality is characterised by a relatively low level of diversity, with nearly 90% of dwellings in the LGA separate houses. The proposed multi-dwelling housing development will contribute to increasing housing supply, diversity, choice and affordability in Muswellbrook to better meet the housing needs of a range of smaller households including seniors, students and workers.
