JSA has been engaged by Newland Developers Pty Ltd to provide a Social and Economic Impact Assessment for a seniors housing development in the Tweed Shire. The Assessment considers the demand and availability for seniors housing in the locality, an analysis of access to community facilities and services in the locality and the benefits and dis-benefits of an additional seniors housing development within the local community.
JSA will provide social planning expert evidence in the Land and Environment Court in relation to the proposed development.
