JSA prepared an Economic Impact Assessment to substantiate demand for the increase in floor area resulting from the redevelopment of an existing shopping centre in Campbelltown LGA. The Assessment mapped existing local retail centres to determine trade areas, used census data and population projections to estimate the likely populations of the trade areas, and compared these to appropriate benchmarks.
