Dr Stubbs presented at the Affordable Housing Forum in Sydney hosted by the Southern Sydney Region of Councils (SSROC), Planning Institute of Australia (PIA) and NSW Federation of Housing Associations on the role of planning and value capture mechanisms utilised by two different Councils, Inner West Council and Shoalhaven City Council, to address the lack of affordable housing in their areas.
