JSA prepared a Social Impact Assessment for a proposed five storey boarding house in Petersham. The proposed 19 unit boarding house is located in close walking distance to public transport, shops and services; and will contribute to meeting the needs of key workers, students and those who would find it difficult to rent anything appropriate and/or affordable in the local area.
