JSA is preparing a Social Impact Assessment for a proposed manufactured home development for over 55’s in Tea Gardens. The proposal will be assessed against Part 9 of the State Environmental Planning Policy (Housing) 2021 with regard to the character of the area, suitability of the site, provision of low-cost housing in the locality, and the availability and accessibility of services and facilities to meet the needs of future residents.
