JSA has been engaged to provide an economic feasibility and impact study for a proposed commercial development in Uralla, a regional town of around 2,400 residents with an active visitor economy. The study will assess the existing retail floor space in Uralla and any shortfall in supply using population statistics, projections and accepted benchmarks to meet existing and future consumer needs.
