He is an expert in the application of economic and econometric modelling and high-level statistical analysis.
At JSA, John specialises in social and economic impact assessment, economic modelling and proposal development for affordable housing, aged and special needs accommodation and labour market programs. His expert opinion has been accepted in the NSW Land and Environment Court, NSW Liquor Licensing Court, NSW Liquor Administration Board, NSW Supreme Court and Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
John also has over 20 years of experience as a Professional Engineer and project manager for high profile Public Private Partnerships including the Western Sydney Orbital (M7), Eastern Sydney Distributor, Sydney Harbour Tunnel, Illawarra Waste Water Strategy, Illawarra Water Filtration Plant and South Coast Rail Electrification.
