Colleen has twelve years of experience delivering projects across all JSA areas of work in urban and rural communities around Australia. She conducts high quality primary and desktop research using quantitative and qualitative methods, including surveys, interviews, literature reviews and facilitating workshops and discussion groups. She prepares clear communication materials for lay and technical audiences.
She has worked extensively with public and community sector clients on strategic planning, organisational reviews, service and program evaluations. She is skilled in designing, implementing and evaluating community engagement programs. Colleen has considerable experience carrying out projects that seek to better understand the views and experiences of people living in social housing and caravan parks, people with experience of homelessness and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
